247funds.net is not a lender. We do not make credit decisions, set interest rates, or determine loan terms. We are a free service that connects you with lenders. Not all applicants will be approved for a loan.

247funds.net is not responsible for the actions of any lender. We make no guarantees regarding loan approval, interest rates, or loan terms offered by lenders in our network.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
